New Season Starts for Swim Ulster

It’s that time of year again when the swimming fraternity return after their hard earned summer break to begin the new Swim Ulster Gala season.  

Swim Ulster appreciates the time and effort its many volunteers contribute to the running of swimming galas and this year their job has been made just that little bit easier with support from their sponsors Bloomfield Shopping Centre and Retail Park enabling them to purchase an equipment van to aid with gala set up.

Swimmers from Ireland travelled to the UK School Games in Cardiff on 3rd September to compete against their peers from England, Scotland and Wales.

Ulster Squad Return From Portsmouth

Members of the Ulster Squad have just returned from a three day trip to the Portsmouth Navy base. The guys got a real taste of Navy life by staying on the HMS Bristol. They also had three training sessions with Portsmouth Northsea; a club which Katie Sexton has trained with and took part in Navy tours including the HMS Victory.
